Self-Assessment Worksheet:

Self-Assessment Page (WordPress Version)

Complete the chart below by first paraphrasing each learning goal in your own words, then providing brief examples of assignments or classwork that helped you make progress toward that goal, and then giving yourself a score of 0-5 based on this chart:

0 = No learning/practicing

1 = Very little learning /practicing

2 = Some learning /practicing

3 = Good/average amount of learning/practicing

4 = Great amount of learning/practicing

5 = Outstanding learning/practicing

Consider: The more “evidence” (examples) you can provide, the higher your score should be. If you can’t think of very many examples, that may be a sign you should give yourself a lower score for that learning objective. Remember: these scores are just for your own reflection and do not impact your final grade in any way.

Once you have completed the chart, copy and paste it into the self-assessment page on your digital portfolio. In class on Wednesday, 12/3, we will work on uploading images and hyperlinks to the “evidence” section for each learning objective.
